If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — we’re happy to help you modify or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the item once it arrives. Just contact us to start the process.

We charge only the actual cost to ship — no upcharges or hidden fees. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Yes — for larger orders, we offer wire transfer discounts to help you avoid credit card processing fees.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unopened and in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unopened items: No restocking fee (just deduct shipping cost if not defective)
Installed/used items: Up to 25% restocking fee (due to reconditioning costs)
Returns without a new purchase: May incur a 3% credit card fee
Contact us to receive an RMA (Return Authorization). If it was our error, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds can be issued by check or returned to your original payment method after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

Yes — we provide professional installation services at KTTD (Troutdale, Oregon). Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks. Call us to schedule.
