Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — we’re happy to help you modify or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the item once it arrives. Just contact us to start the process.

Do you offer order tracking?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also contact us anytime for status updates.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge only the actual cost to ship — no upcharges or hidden fees. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

If the resolution time for the dispute is excessively prolonged, and you prefer not to wait, what actions should be taken?

If all other options fail, you may need to consider taking legal action. This can be a lengthy and costly process, so it's important to weigh the potential benefits against the risks and costs.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unopened and in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there restocking fees?
  • Unopened items: No restocking fee (just deduct shipping cost if not defective)

  • Installed/used items: Up to 25% restocking fee (due to reconditioning costs)

  • Returns without a new purchase: May incur a 3% credit card fee

How do I start a return?

Contact us to receive an RMA (Return Authorization). If it was our error, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds can be issued by check or returned to your original payment method after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

Yes — we provide professional installation services at KTTD (Troutdale, Oregon). Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks. Call us to schedule.
