Description
The Oplite 6 map light features six LED lamps with a 20,000-hour life. This map light is available in several configurations: all green, red, white, or blue lighting; or with three white lamps and three green, red, white, or blue lamps. The Oplite 6 is compatible with all dimming systems, manufactured and tested in accordance with FAA-PMA-approved protocols for quality.

Everything a Pilot Needs All Built into One Light
The Tasklight 600, our most popular light, features a built-in dimmer & color selection knob and a built-in on/off switch. It is available in 14 combinations, including single color, dual color, thru-hole or surface mount, and gooseneck mount.
The Tasklight 600 is available in the choice of solid red, solid green, solid blue, solid white, red & white, green & white, or blue & white.
Single color versions – Once installed, the user can control the intensity of all six LEDs operating simultaneously. This is done by rotating the knob located on the housing. On/off is controlled by the toggle switch also mounted on the housing.
Dual color versions – Once installed, the user can select three white LEDs or three LEDs of color choice operating independently of white. This is done by rotating the intensity knob located on the housing – the half-way point of the knob rotation is the transition point from all-white to all-color. On/off is controlled by the toggle switch also mounted on the housing.

Each LED Tasklight 600 is manufactured and tested to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards and traceability. As of June 2022, the Tasklight 600 series is FAA NORSEE approved. NORSEE approval allows for installation “as a minor alteration on an Aircraft Certified under 14 CFR Part 23 or precursor regulations, as outlined in FAA memorandum number PS-AIR-21.8-1602.” Read Oplite’s NORSEE approval letter here.
